COVID Lockdown Delays

Dear Customers,
Please note that we are continuing to despatch and get your orders delivered. However, we are currently experiencing longer than normal delivery delays, particularly in Sydney and Melbourne.
With both of the country's largest states in lockdown, it has put unprecedented strain on our service provider, Australia Post's, delivery network. Last month, Australia Post reported that its freight volumes were its highest-ever. At the same time, temporary site closures and less staffing are slowing their Operations teams.
We apologise for the inconvenience and delay. Rest assured, our orders are eventually getting through to our customers, even though they may be late on occasions.
Once your order has been despatched, we will update you with a tracking number. We are continuing to post most items within 1-2 days of receiving the order.
