International Orders Process
Please use the Contact Form and mention/send us a link to what you would like to purchase and quantities, the country you are located in, and we will send you a custom order form via email. Postage fees are usually charged at cost and sometimes subsidised by us. Unfortunately, we are unable to quote postage fees in advance for international orders due to complexity.
Tibet Shop Sydney is based in Sydney, Australia and we send our items with Australia Post using their International Economy or Standard Service. We prefer to use a faster service where the difference in freight fees is small. Orders are usually prepared and despatched in 1-2 business days and we will send you an email alert with a tracking link once your goods have been despatched. Transit times to popular destinations are given below:
- New Zealand: 12-25 business days
- UK: 10-25 business days
- USA: 12-15 business days
- Singapore: 10 – 25 business days
- China: 18-30 business days
Please note that all our prices are quoted in AUD and include GST on the website. For international orders, the customer will be liable for all local taxes, customs, delays, etc. Please ensure that you know what taxes and rules apply before purchasing from us.
