What Singing Bowl Note Should I Get?

 For general relaxation, we recommend choosing a bowl that's 17cm or larger, irrespective of the note. Smaller bowls work beautifully for meditation, though they can be trickier to play if you're just starting out. For healing purposes, a ball felt mallet works best.
