Tibet Shop Sydney is proud to present our custom designed knotted rudraksha mala. Rudraksha is the holiest of beads in Vedic culture and worn for protection and chanting. It is associated with Lord Shiva, who himself wears a rudraksha garland. Such malas have been used by Hindus from the 10th century for meditation and to sanctify the mind, body, and spirit.
Good quality rudraksha has a hard/solid surface and well defined grooves. We have added natural labradorite beads here with this mala for colour and contrast. This mala is ideal for someone who is seeking to deepen their meditation practice or enhance their overall spiritual development.
This rudraksha mala is made of approximately 7-8 mm beads of superior quality with 6 faces (‘mukhs’) and an A-grade large rudraksha guru bead. The mala is approximately 42 cms long when worn.
