Our small contemporary singing bowls are ideal for those who own larger ones or are considering purchasing their first bowl. Hand-hammered by skilled artisans in Nepal, they produce a clear sound with a distinct fundamental note and one or several overtones, and have a long sustain.
With their exceptional quality and affordability, they are highly sought after by our customers for use in meditation and spiritual practices. Additionally, their responsiveness and ease of play make them an excellent choice for bowls of this size.
Our Singing Bowls: Let's Discuss Quality
- Hand Hammered from an alloy plate of bell metal (copper, tin) and not brass. They aren't cast or cast and then decorated with a few hammer strokes. Hundreds of hammer strokes are used to mould the alloy plate to its bowl shape
- Chosen individually by us and never bulk ordered
- High quality instruments and not souvenir grade (even the free mallet we provide is solid hardwood and not hollowed out)
- Rich soundscapes with beautiful, harmonious overtones, which is why we make videos of every individual bowl before making them available for sale.
- The best quality available that we could source (as a small business run by husband and wife, it doesn't make sense for us to source inferior grade products and import them all the way to Australia)
