The kangling (Tibetan for 'bone-flute') is a wind instrument used in Buddhist Chod rituals. It was traditionally made from human femur which was abundantly available because of the Tibetan custom of sky burials.

We don't want to scare you. This particular trumpet, like most new ones, is made from polished and lacquered wood and has a decorative brass ornament on the blowing end. It comes fully ready to play with a brocade tail end as well as carry case.
